Virtual Building is eager to share the completion of a major project for virtual reality – the Residential Complex “Avtorskiy” within the city by the sea. To recreate such a scale project for the VR – it took us 7 months of work, it was not easy, but very interesting and promising. Now a few words about the project itself.

There is a special city on the Black Sea coast. This is a city where spaciousness and fresh sea air completely superseded the bored crowd and noise. City by the Sea Black Sea Riviera.

The Black Sea Riviera is the largest project in the Odessa region, which provides for the sale of real estate for various purposes. On the territory of more than 40 hectares, the construction of business-class houses, townhouses, cottages, social infrastructure facilities, improvement of beaches and recreation areas is underway.

The city near the Sea The Black Sea Riviera is the only project in Ukraine where there is an own embankment with beaches and cape forms with a total length of 2 kilometers.

On the other hand, the park is adjacent to the houses with rest areas.
And it’s only 15 minutes drive from the center of Odessa, in the status area of ​​Fontanka.
